Moleskine One: pg 108-109
Went to Great Falls today! Hoping to have pics up soon! I tried to journal sketch part of it... I'm still trying to get the hang of it.

So much inspiration today! yay! I still love this character, but still no real story... I at least have, what I feel, is a good start. I haven't really had time to focus too much on it either, so I just have to be patient with myself... hohum... ggrr... come on story... get out of my head... :)

Moleskine One: pg 104-105
It's Friday! Yay! (happy dance)I was able to let me guard down some, and do a lot of sketches in public today! I even sketched out a funny story a colleague shared with me about his uncle not-so-brave dog!
Moleskine One: pg 102-103
oh.. it's Howie Magazine Day... Howie Magazine Day... yay!!! Lots of great stuff in it. I've noticed that the focus in this issue seemed to be clean lines and minimalism. It was refreshing to me. Anyway, great issue if you haven't picked it up or subscribed to it yet.
Moleskine One: pg 100-101
ok... don't freak out... yes her heart is exploding out of her chest... but let me explain... I was driving home from work that evening, and was thinking how my creativity sometimes doesn't have its freedom, and this pretty intense image popped into my head. If you look closely there are little creatures who are trying really hard to keep her down with ropes and nails, but her passion is so strong it lifts and... well... explodes (exposes) itself and becomes free. now that I think about it.. that passion needs that body.... so maybe it flies around and kills off those creatures to free her and goes back into her... hhhmmm... yeah.. that's it.. :\
Moleskine One: pg 98-99
yay, good sketch day! Although my weekend fell apart as far as journal sketching went! I think I tried too hard to remember everything, and than I gave up. (it's the small portion on the upper left. I'm not sure what brought on the couple in the tree. I think I was viewing some blogs and they sparked something up there... I really am pleased with how they came out. I'd love to use them for this weeks IF (Match), but I also have another idea I might play around with too!
The red-head is inspired from the style of japanese Kokeshi dolls. So cute!
And because the site CuteOverload is awesome, I sketched out a few creatures of the day! funfun

Really attached to this character, so I'm using her for a lot of development and studies. I'd love to make her the lead in a story... just have to come up with a story :) heehee

Moleskine One: pg 84-85
It was H-O-T, hot today... I think my heels were melting as I walked two blocks to my parking garage. At least I was on my way home after that power walk, sweat city. bleh.. The little alien guy pretty much shows how I felt! Later that evening, I was testing my memory by drawing interesting glimpses of what we were watching on tv. We watched 'America's Got Talent' and the first part of 'Law and Order.' The eyebrow guy is the Italian guy who at the end of his song did the suave eyebrow dip and rise... pretty cheesy...
